announced the signing of a global distribution agreement with Digi-Key
Corporation, a full service provider of both prototype/design and
production quantities of electronic components. This agreement allows
MACOM to promote its broad portfolio of RF and Microwave products
through Digi-Key.com, one of the industry's most popular sites for
electronic component sourcing, reaching over 500,000 design engineers
worldwide.

MACOM's portfolio of catalog products includes industry leading Diodes,
GaAs MMICs, Silicon and Gallium Nitride Transistors, and Components that
enable next-generation internet and modern battlefield applications.
These products, which cover frequencies ranging from DC to 110GHz, will
now be available through Digi-Key's wide-ranging distribution channel.
